Jovita, DD
Registered Denturist · College of Alberta Denturists
Jovita has been making dentures in Edmonton for over twenty years. She started Mercy Denture Clinic because she wanted more time with each patient — and a quieter place to do careful work.
Every set of dentures she makes is designed to feel like part of you, not a device. That means longer consultations, honest conversations about cost, and follow-up care that doesn't end when you leave the office.
"No one should feel embarrassed about their smile — and no one should have to fight their insurance to get quality care."
How it works
A calm, four-step process.
01 — Consultation
A relaxed conversation about your goals, comfort, and budget.
02 — Impressions & Fitting
Precise impressions and try-ins to shape the fit and look.
03 — Delivery
You take your new dentures home — with time to make sure they feel right.
04 — Follow-up Care
Adjustments, relines, and check-ins whenever you need them.
Cost & coverage
Care that fits your coverage.
CDCP and Alberta Seniors Benefit accepted, direct billing available, and interest-free payment plans for out-of-pocket work.
See financing options- Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)? +
- Yes. We're a participating provider and can bill CDCP directly for eligible patients.
- How long do dentures typically last? +
- Most dentures last 5 to 10 years. The tissue underneath changes over time, so a reline every couple of years keeps the fit comfortable.
- Will there be an adjustment period? +
- Yes — most people need two to six weeks to fully adjust. We'll see you for follow-up visits to fine-tune anything that feels off.
- Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in? +
- For new patients we book consultations so we can give you our full attention. For existing patients with repairs, call us — we often fit same-day.
In their words
Patients on their experience.
Jovita took the time to actually listen. My new dentures feel like my own teeth — I forget they're there.
I was nervous about the process. The whole team was patient and warm. The fit was right the first time.
The mobile visits were a gift. My mother didn't have to leave her home. Beautiful work, kind people.
